SOHO Received HR Excellence Award 2022

Jakarta (21/09) – a global association based in Singapore specializing in Human Resources (HR) in partnership with the HR community in the Indonesian Region held HR Competition named “HR Excellence Awards 2022”. 
In June 2022, SOHO Global Health again participated in this event, and became finalist in the following 3 categories:
1. Excellence in COVID-19 Response
2. Excellence in Talent Acquisition
3. Excellence in Crisis Management and Recovery
and won the Bronze Trophy in the “Excellence in Crisis Management and Recovery” category.

The announcement of the winners was made at the Gala Dinner, Thursday, September 15, 2022, at the Sheraton Grand Jakarta Hotel, Gandaria City, after the Thailand region winners were announced a few weeks earlier, will be followed by Philippines, Singapore and Malaysia region. Ibu Yuliana Tjhai – SGH Senior Executive Vice President LCIACS & HR was present on behalf of SGH to receive this award.
In early 2020, all countries affected by impact of the crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. In response to this condition, SOHO Global Health took a firm decisions to manage this unprecedented “crisis”. As a group of companies engaged in the health industry, particularly in the pharmaceutical and its distribution, including the distribution of medical devices, SOHO Global Health immediately responds to the government’s concerns on the COVID-19 and is fully committed to supporting the government to maintain public health conditions in Indonesia, including preventing the transmission of the corona virus in the workplace.
We play the critical role of a strategic partner in collaborating with multiple leaders and stakeholders across all business head to deliver excellence in managing the impact of this pandemic across our company. When border control measures imposed by the government, which severely disrupted business in unprecedented ways prioritized protecting the health and safety of our employees and their families, and remained committed to providing essential medicines to patients and customers requiring.
In the future, in the post-pandemic era, SGH will continue to strive and simplify and automate transactional processes to make room for more value-added activities and to maximize the potential of our people. We will remain flexible in terms of system and mechanism to adapt to an agile and resilience world.
