Signing of Distribution Cooperation Agreement Between PPG and PT Wahana Kosmetika Indonesia (Azarine)

Jakarta (10/05/2023) - PPG has officially become the distributor of Azarine, effective May 1, 2023. PPG has been appointed and trusted by PT Wahana Kosmetika Indonesia to distribute the well-known Azarine cosmetic brand in the range of sunscreens and decorative products that are already familiar to the Indonesian public.

Mr. Brian Lazuardi Tjahyanto, CEO of PT Wahana Kosmetika Indonesia, signed the distribution cooperation agreement and handed it over to Mr. Edwin Vega Dharma, Vice President of Sales & Marketing at PT Parit Padang Global. The signing ceremony for this cooperation agreement took place at the PPG headquarters in Pulogadung on May 10, 2023.

Azarine is an Indonesian local brand that focuses on skin care and body treatment. Founded since 2002, Azarine is proud to commit continuously in providing the best skin care and body treatment for Indonesian society.

PPG and Azarine share a common spirit to ensure the availability of Azarine cosmetic products in modern market and pharmacy distribution channels nationwide, as well as general trade for several branches to meet the needs of the Indonesian people.

In his speech, Mr. Ronny Daeng, National Sales Manager of PT Wahana Kosmetika Indonesia, stated that the selection of distribution partners is a critical factor for Azarine, and collaborating with PPG is like finding a perfect match, where one of the considerations is PPG's track record of excellent service levels at national key accounts. Building a culture of cooperation in a spirit of collaboration is the essence of the success of this partnership.

The appointment of PPG as a distribution partner for Azarine demonstrates the high level of trust given, considering PPG's good distribution track record and service in Indonesia.
