PT Parit Padang Global (PPG), a subsidiary of PT Soho Global Health, Tbk, has agreed to enter into a distribution cooperation agreement with PT Martina Berto, Tbk (MBTO). The agreement was formalized through the signing of the cooperation agreement by the respective company leaders, namely Edwin Vega Darma as the VP Sales & Marketing of PT Parit Padang Global, and Bryan Tilaar, the President Director of PT Martina Berto Tbk, witnessed by Kilala Tilaar, the CEO of Martha Tilaar Group.
The signing of this cooperation took place on Monday, May 29, 2023, at the PPG headquarters in Pulogadung. Present from PPG were Pandy Harianto as the VP of Operation & Supply Chain, Vicky Goutama as the Head of Sales & Marketing, and from PT Martina Berto, Tbk, the complete Board of Directors along with teams from both PPG and MBTO were also present.
PT Martina Berto, Tbk is one of the business units of Martha Tilaar Group, a leading cosmetics, skincare, and herbal manufacturer in Indonesia. It draws inspiration from the natural wealth and cultural heritage of Indonesia. One of the pillars embraced by Martha Tilaar Group is women empowerment.
In his speech, Bryan Tilaar expressed his confidence in the distribution of Martha Tilaar products by PPG through the General Trade channel. "We are thrilled to establish this collaboration with PPG because we see promising business potential that we can develop together, and both companies are committed to strengthening the growth of our respective businesses," explained Bryan Tilaar.
